FLEXIBLE We have a range of options, for a range of times and we come to you so participants don’t have to travel. We cater for all ages and abilities because, as a team, we have a wide range of specialisms so you can be sure you’ll have an expert in whichever field you choose.

SPECIALIST Only TRS Teacher with extra training can provide Active Armchairs (seated dance), Educating Dance (cross-curricular dance) and TRS Tots (dance designed with development in mind).

SUPPORTIVE We are here to help you break down the barriers that stop your participants taking part in dance. We can help with timetabling, marketing and administration.

RELIABLE The Right Step is a team of dance teachers, the TRS Teachers. We are here for each other, we care and we enjoy working together with each other and our dancing community.

As well as our past experience and high standard of training (degree or equivalent as minimum), we are always keeping up to date and looking forward.

The TRS Teachers regularly take part in Continued Professional Development (CPD) and all have a current DBS check and relevant insurance. We are GDPR compliant and have extensive and well written policy and procedure documents to work alongside those at the organisations we visit.
