'I've just finished an exercise class with Rebecca. I came in at 9 o'clock feeling frankly flagged out, and rusty and not very keen to get started in dance. But now I'm all loosened up and my stiffness has gone. In fact, I'm raring to go. I only wish I could go to this exercise class every day. It would make a new women out of me.'
A very relaxed participant, N. Assegard at Strood Age Concern, June 2011
'A super 40 minute class packed with story, music and dance. I never imagined I would see my 3 year old granddaughter dancing Sleeping Beauty. Gentle, kind and thoughtful praise enhanced the whole experience for the children. Rebecca has a lovely touch with the children. Thank you.'
